• Complimentary Standard Delivery: Available on all orders of £50 or more.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your parcel should arrive within 3–5 business days.

• Please note that during peak seasonal periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal.

4. Direct Coordination with the Courier

To provide you with the most efficient service, we kindly recommend that customers coordinate directly with the courier for real-time delivery updates or specific delivery instructions (such as "leave in a safe place" or "deliver to a neighbour").

The courier’s tracking portal offers the most up-to-date information and provides options to:

• Track the exact location of your parcel.

• Rearrange delivery if you are not home.

• Specify a preferred delivery time or safe location.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please notify us at support@jacksgifts.uk within 48 hours. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the matter for you.
